Thus, since the wheel itself is provided with a self buffer function by means of buffering of the spring mechanism in the wheel A, making it difficult for shocks to be transmitted to operators, passengers, or loads to be carried, the operators can be in the vehicle comfortably and safely, a possibility of damage to the loads by shocks is small, a suspension mechanism in the vehicle or the load carrier vehicle is made simple and the structure can also be simplified and costs can be reduced.
