To provide a steering device making the maximum steering angle large as a steering device which does not interfere with a wheel house even at the time of large steering of a wheel, and not interfering with the vehicle at the time of bounding.
Concerning (a), when a steering rack 10 is stoked like as (b) while a knuckle 2 is at a neutral position, the knuckle 2 is turned to an α direction through rods 11, 12 and an arm 2a. By displacement β of a pin 9 accompanied with that, members 7, 8 are rotated in γ and δ directions, and a vehicle body side attaching end 3a of a member 3 approaches a vehicle body side attaching end 4a of a member 4 through rotations of an arm member 5. Therefore, the member 3 is rotated in a direction, the knuckle attaching end 3b of the member 3 is displaced outward in a vehicular width direction by τ. At the time of turning in an opposite direction, the knuckle attaching end 3b is displaced like as (c). A wheel is separated outward in the vehicular width direction from an inner surface of a wheel house at the time of steering, thereby increasing the maximum steering angle. Components 3, 4, 7, 8, 11, 12 are extended outward in the vehicular width direction from a vehicle body frame 1, so that the steering device does not interfere with a vehicle body at the time of bounding.
