Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of disks as compared with a conventional structure requiring a plurality of the disks, and to dispense with a fastening part for joining each of the disks and a nut seat member separately required conventionally, resulting in reduction of the total number of parts and costs.
SOLUTION: This wheel 27 of an aluminum alloy comprises a rim and a disk. A bolt inserting hole 34 formed on the disk 32 is engaged with a bolt 47 provided on a hub 46 of an axle side. The hub 46 is attached to the wheels 27, 29 by screwing the bolt 47 into a nut 48. The disk 32 is formed of a plate and a nut seat surface 45 having a work hardening layer is formed in a periphery of the bolt inserting hole 34.
