A wheel 15 includes a rotatable drive shaft 20, a first wheel member 16 for rotating by the rotation of the drive shaft 20, and a second wheel member 17 for rotating by the rotation of the first wheel member 16. The first wheel member 16 and the second wheel member 17 can rotate independently.
