To provide a wheel type multipurpose working vehicle capable of satisfactorily absorbing an impact at all times.
This wheel type working vehicle comprises a lower frame 10 having front and rear wheels 11, 12 allowed to be run and steered and an upper structure 3 mounted swingably. The vehicle further comprises an axle member 14 having channel-shaped channel-shape parts 14A and 14A at both end parts thereof and a steering knuckle 18 of channel-shape having an outer surface width H smaller than the inner surface width h of the channel-shaped parts 14A and 14A. The steering knuckle 18 is fitted into the recessed part of the channel-shaped part 14A with the recessed parts thereof faced to each other, and connected to the channel-shaped part 14A through a king pin 29 rotatably generally on a horizontal plane. The lower end part of a shock absorber cylinder 19 is installed on the upper part of the channel-shaped part 14A.
