The metallic base material 3 comprises a disk 31 having a hub hole 41, and a rim 32 positioned around the disk 31. A plurality of reinforcing members 2 are buried in the metallic base material 3, extend in a radial manner from an inner circumferential surface of the hub hole 41 so as to define the metallic base material 3 and the inner circumferential surface 4. A volumetric ratio of the metallic base material defined by a plurality of reinforcing members 2 has a relation of V2:V1:V2. In addition, a ratio of areas at the inner circumferential surface 4 defined by a plurality of reinforcing members 2 is A2:A1:A2. In this case, the plural reinforcing members 2 are designed in such a way that the ratio A2:A1:A2 becomes substantially the same as the ratio V2:V1:V2, so that a molten metal flow becomes uniform when the wheel is manufactured through casting.
