The whole surface of the wheel 10 is formed with an undercoat layer 13 of a clear coating of 5 to 40 m in thickness. A heat shielding/insulating layer 14 is formed by applying heat shielding/insulating coating of 300 m on the surface except an inner peripheral surface 11e of a rim 11 and specified portions of a disc 12. In this case, the specified portions are: a hub abutting surface 19 abutting on a hub flange part to be a surface in contact with an axle hub of the wheel 10; an inner peripheral surface 17b of a hub hole 17 in contact with an outer peripheral surface of a hub shaft; a bolt hole seat surface 18a to be a fastening seat surface of a hub nut at an edge part of a bolt hole 18 to mount the wheel 10 with a hub bolt of the axle hub; and an inner peripheral surface 18b of the bolt hole 18.
