The outer peripheral edge 12 of a disk 10, formed separately from the rim 20, is arranged across the pair of walls 31, 32. Elastic members 33, 34 are respectively interposed in a compressed state between the outer peripheral edge 12 of the disk 10 and the pair of walls 31, 32. A bridge 35 is formed across the pair of walls 31, 32 so as to be fixed therebetween. The bridge 35 penetrates through a through-hole 14 formed in the disk 10 and is arranged on the radial inside with respect to the elastic members 33, 34.
