Abstract:
To provide a wheel that can run over a step with a simple and radially-downsized structure, and a vehicle.SOLUTION: A wheel 1 comprises: a wheel main body 10 that turns around a wheel rotating shaft AW; claw members 30 that can turn around claw rotating shafts AC orthogonal to the wheel rotating shaft AW with respect to the wheel main body 10; a claw operating member 40 that can move with respect to the wheel main body 10 in a direction parallel to the wheel rotating shaft AW; and a link member 50 that connects the claw operating member 40 to the claw members 30. When the claw operating member 40 moves in one direction parallel to the wheel rotating shaft AW, the claw members 30 are stored at positions closer to inside in a radial direction than an outer periphery of the wheel main body 10, and when the claw operating member 40 moves in the other direction opposite to the one direction, portions of the claw members 30 protrude toward outside in the radial direction more than the outer periphery of the wheel main body 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
