Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the weight, and to improve the strength by integratedly forming a disk-like spoke part with a rim part, fitting a cylindrical shaft part of a hub in a center hole opened in the center of the spoke part, and fixing the spoke part to the hub.
SOLUTION: A spoke part 1 is integrated with a rim part 2 on its outer circumferential edge by spinning a spinning stock such as a light alloy plate stock. A center hole 3 is cut in a center part of the spoke part 1, and a cylindrical shaft part 41 of an iron hub 4 which is formed of hollow cylindrical shape is fitted to the center hole 3. A shaft hole 6 of a brake drum 5 for a drum brake is fitted to an outer circumferential surface of the hub 4, and its fitting part is integratedly fixed by a fixing means such as welding. An outer surface 51 on one side of the brake drum 5 is abutted on one side of an inner circumferential part of the spoke part 1, and an abutting part is riveted and fixed by a plurality of rivets 7.
