The rim 6 is equipped with a well, a bead seat 44, and a flange 46. The flange 46 is equipped with a rising portion, and a curved surface portion 52 extending from the rising portion to the outside in an axial direction and extending outward in a radial direction. The axial width of the flange 46 is not less than 13.0 mm and less than 20.9 mm. The curvature radius of the curved surface portion 52 is not less than 5.0 mm and not more than 8.0 mm.
