This invention relates to the wheel 1 with a tube type tire 4 attached to a wheel 2. The valve 301 of the tube 3 of the wheel 1 is guided to the surface side of the wheel 2 outside the wheel 2. Owing to such constitution, the valve 3 is not protruded to the inside of the wheel 2. That prevents the occurrence of a dead space inside the wheel 2. Thus, a driving device 5 can be arranged inside the wheel 2 substantially without a clearance, and the entire of the mounted body (for instance, a wheel type robot, a coaxial motorcycle, and a power wheelchair) with the wheel 1 attached thereto can be miniaturized.
