To provide a wheelchair fixing apparatus which enables easy fixing work.

A front fixing section 31 includes an anchor 41 which is fixed to an area of a floor 12 closer to the vehicle front F side than a fixing position 13. A ring member 43 is supported by a shaft section 42 which is erected on the anchor 41. A buckle belt 44 is connected with the ring member 43, and a buckle 45 is installed on the distal end of the buckle belt 44. A belt 51 is made to pass through the buckle 45, and an extended amount on the belt distal end side 53 is reduced when the belt is moved in the proximal end direction by pulling the belt proximal end side 52 extended from the buckle 45, while the belt 51 is engaged to inhibit the movement of the belt 51 in the distal end direction. A fixing hook 62 is installed on the belt distal end 53, and the fixing hook 62 is connected with a rod 71 for work. A ring section 91 is installed on the belt proximal end side 52, and the rod 71 for working is made to pass therethrough.
