To provide a new on-snow sliding technique for a wheelchair where stability and safety in on-snow sliding is improved, handleability before and after use is considered, weight reduction and miniaturization are possible and a burden on a carer is reduced.
A plate-like body 2 whose front end side is made to be the head of a sled, the whole rear face of which is made to be a smoothly finished surface and which is provided with guiding grooves 31 and 32 (41 and 41) parallel to each other with an interval between the wheels of a wheelchair on its front surface side is cut off into halves at the center of its front/rear direction to make a front main body part 3 equivalent to its front part and a rear main body 4 equivalent to its rear part. Then, between both of the parts, this sled implement 1 for the wheelchair is provided with: a locking mechanism 7 for connecting both of the parts in the state of being foldable through hinge mechanisms 5 and 5 and in the state of being restorable into its original state of the plate-like body 2 and for keeping a folded state; and a fastening belt mechanism 8 for temporarily fixing the wheelchair W to be loaded on the side of the front face.
