Abstract:
To facilitate the carrying of a wheeling bag by fixing a plate having casters onto the bottom surface of the wheeling bag.
The plate 1 having the casters 5 cane be doubly folded by connecting two sections with a hinge 2. Thus, the wheeling bag becomes compact when being doubly folded under that state, and the carrying when a user is running by bicycle is facilitated.
