Abstract:

To prevent unwanted bacteria from intruding accompanying the intake of air.

By sucking up fresh cream X by a gear pump 4 and whipping it while mixing the air adjusted to an appropriate amount by an air amount adjuster 35 from the air supply port 30 of an air valve 7 through air hoses 33 and 31 and ejecting it through an ejection pipe 20, whipped cream Y is manufactured. A bacteria removal filter 41 housing a filter element 45 inside a casing 42 composed of transparent resin is provided. The bacteria removal filter 41 is attached by connecting one connection port 43 to the air supply port 30 and connecting the other connection port to the air hose 31. Even when the unwanted bacteria such as a colon bacillus or the like are mixed in the taken-in air, they are removed by the bacterial removal filter 41 and obstructed from being mixed in the fresh cream X and the whipped cream Y.
