Abstract:
To generate smoke in an ignition area in firing, and thereby force indoor ventilation and prevent use in the interior of a room having poor ventilation.SOLUTION: A white charcoal ignition unit has an ignition area of a central part and a combustion area surrounding the ignition area in plan view. In cross-sectional view, a chimney space for ignition penetrating in the vertical direction exists in the ignition area, and a firing combustion part and an upper flame combustion part exist in the combustion area. The white charcoal ignition unit is characterized in that a heat-retention ventilation layer where a blocking surface is formed in the ignition and partial communication is vertically made by combustion at a part to form a delay opening exists in the lower part of the firing combustion part, and a horizontal ventilation groove for forming a tunnel space coming in communication with the chimney space being the vertical space of the ignition area is formed in the bottom surface of the heat-retention ventilation layer, and thereby outside air is supplied to the chimney space in the ignition. A roasted meat cooking heating device comprises an iron plate container equipped in the top surface of the heating cooking utensil and having a horizontal bottom surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
