To provide a white composition liquid that is excellent in storage stability and dryability and also excellent in scratch resistance.SOLUTION: A white composition liquid contains water and hollow particles. The hollow particles are composed of a resin containing a siloxane structure. The hollow particles preferably have a glass transition temperature of 100°C or higher.
