Abstract:

To provide a white conductive powder in which change of an L value in a Lab color specification system is few even if ultraviolet is irradiated, and excellent whiteness can be maintained.

A white conductive powder includes a coating layer of tin oxide on a surface of a titanium oxide particle, in which the titanium oxide particle includes the sum of 0.01 mass% to 0.5 mass% of one or both of K and Mg by a range in which Mg does not exceed 0.4 mass%, moreover, a fluid dispersion is made by dispersing the white conductive powder in a solvent, a coating material includes the fluid dispersion and a binder, and a film composition includes the white conductive powder.
