Title:
White electroluminescence device
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP6136175
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a white electroluminescent device having high luminous efficiency and a long life, especially a white light-emitting white electroluminescent device having excellent productivity and stable color chromaticity even in continuous production.SOLUTION: A white electroluminescent device comprises one light-emitting layer sandwiched between an anode and a cathode. The light-emitting layer includes one or more quantum dots (BQD) having a maximum luminescent wavelength of 400 nm to 500 nm, one or more quantum dots (GYQD) having a maximum luminescent wavelength of 500 nm to 580 nm, and one or more quantum dots (ORQD) having a maximum luminescent wavelength of 580 nm to 650 nm. A mass ratio in a light-emitting layer of each quantum dot is within a specific range. PL emission quantum yields of at least two or more quantum dots among the BQD, GYQD, and ORQD are not less than 70%.
