To realize a composition, with which a resin layer equipped with the releasability from an ink sheet is formed as a receiving layer on a base material through a single process so as to be allowed to produce a heat-transfer image receiving sheet and in which no yellowing occurs during its storage.
This white powdered paint composition for a heat-transfer image receiving sheet is so constituted as to include a resin component, a white coloring agent and the hardened matter of a reactive curing silicone oil. In this case, the composition contains 70-95 wt.% of the resin component consisting of 50-90 wt.% of saturated polyester resin having an acid value of 1.0-20 mg KOH/g and a glass transition temperature of 50-70°C and 50-10 wt.% of styrene- acrylic copolymer resin and 0.5-12 wt.% in reactive curing silicone oil having a functional group reactive with the carboxyl group and/or hydroxyl group of the saturated polyester resin in terms of the reactive curing silicone oil.
