Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a white smoke control device and waste heat and service water recovery method utilizing the white smoke control device.SOLUTION: This white smoke control device comprises: a discharged gas feeding pipe; a service water recovery unit provided with a discharged gas feeding port and a service water recovery pipe; a present latent heat exchanger provided with side plates having a corrugated heat exchanging port forming a discharging pipe passage by a corrugated plate, an air flowing-in port and an air discharging port; a first latent heat exchanger having a first corrugated heat exchanging port forming a first discharging pipe passage by a corrugated plate, a first heat exchanging port cover, a first side plate, the first corrugated heat exchanging port, the first heat exchanging port cover and the first side plate being piled up and having a water flowing-in port, water discharging port and water circulation hole; a second latent heat exchanger provided with a second side plate having a second corrugated heat exchanging port forming a second discharging pipe passage by a corrugated plate, a surrounding air discharging port and a surrounding air flowing-in port; a discharging part provided with an air-water separator having an air-water separating port and a shutting-off port and a discharging port side plate having a flowing-in hole formed therein; a circulation duct connecting the air flowing-in port with the surrounding air discharging port; and a mixing duct for connecting the air discharging port with the flowing-in hole.
