Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a whitening cosmetic excellent in whitening effect, useful in prevention and treatment for stain and ephelides and simultaneously having good retention of cosmetic, being excellent also in feeling of use and having high moisture-retaining effect and extremely good emulsion stability.
CONSTITUTION: This whitening cosmetic contains (A) silicone oil, (B) extracts of Puerariae Radix and (C) one or two or more kinds of compounds selected from a group consisting of polyoxyalkylene-modified silicong, alkylglyceryl ether-modified sified silicones and polyether.alkyl-modified silicones.
