Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a whole body training instrument which is reduced in size and weight and easily used in safe for the rehabilitation of the aged and sick people, the physical strength maintenance of general people, and the fundamental physical strength improvement of sportsmen.
CONSTITUTION: This whole body training belt has devices 4 for taking up the belt 2 mounted on both the sides of the belt 2, and the take- up devices 4 are provided with grips; and muscular strength training can be done by repetitive exercise by expanding and contracting the belt 2.
