To provide a whole-house air conditioning ventilation system for a highly airtight and highly heat insulating house which can keep a temperature in the house constant and simplify maintenance while suppressing heat loss due to ventilation.

An air conditioning chamber 6 and an air distribution chamber 13 of highly airtight and highly heat insulating structures are disposed in the highly airtight and highly heat insulating house 1, the outdoor air is supplied to the air conditioning chamber 6 by a heat exchange ventilation device 3, and the ventilation of necessary amount is performed by the heat exchange ventilation device 3 while distributing and circulating a large amount of the air in the house by a ventilator 12 after conditioning a temperature by an air conditioner 4. Further a door 7 for maintenance and a grating floor 14 for maintenance are disposed in the air distribution chamber 13 for the maintenance of an air supply pathway.
