Abstract:
To provide a wick vertical-feed type petroleum combustor having high safety by eliminating the start of combustion by a child's mischief.
The wick vertical feed type petroleum combustor comprises a vertically movable wick 8, an earthquake resistant fire extinguishing mechanism 12 for normally holding the raised wick 8 at a combustion position and moving down the wick 8 held at the combustion position at the time of vibrating of a predetermined value such as an earthquake by the force of a wick moving down spring to extinguish a fire, and a child locking mechanism 27 for inhibiting to hole the wick 8 at the combustion position at the time of setting to a lock state.
