Title:
WIDE WATERPROOF SHEET AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3737210
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate generation of wavy wrinkles, improve an external appearance quality, and prevent the occurrence of upward parting and the degradation of wind resistance even if it is laid on a backing by setting a heat history almost constant over the whole area of a wide waterproof sheet, and setting a difference between a maximum value and a minimum value within a prescribed value on the heat history.
SOLUTION: A rubber sheet 2a is sandwiched between upper and lower metal molds 6 and 7, and pressurized heating is performed. A position of the rubber sheet is dislocated, and a place on which pressurized heating is not yer performed is arranged between the upper and lower metal molds 6 and 7, and pressurized heating is performed. Then, it is repeated until the whole pressurized heating is finished according to a width of an original textile part 5 up to a joint part 3. Then, one side of the rubber sheet to be connected is arranged on the metal mold 6, and a cure tape 4 is interposed in the joint part 3 of an end part, and the other end part is superposed, and pressurized heating is performed through a cushion material 8, and a heat history is almost uniformized. At this time, a difference between a maximum value and a minimum value is set within 21 OK.hr. Therefore, generation of wavy wrinkles is prevented, and waterproof performance is improved, and external appearance can also be extremely improved.
