Abstract:

To provide a contact ring system which has solved a problem relating to a high frequency reflection and high frequency loss.

The contact ring system has a first dielectric material and a second dielectric material, and a plurality of concentrically separated conductive rings are installed at a first side face of the first dielectric material, a first and a second power feed lines are provided at a second side face of the first dielectric material, a first side face of the second dielectric material is installed on the second side face of the first dielectric material and a grounding face is installed on a second side face of the second dielectric material. The first power feed line is coupled to a first conductive ring out of the plurality of concentrically separated conductive rings through a first conductive via, and the second power feed line is coupled to a second conductive ring out of the plurality of concentrically separated conductive rings through a second conductive via. A groove is formed in the first dielectric material so as to be located between the first and the second conductive rings out of the plurality of the concentrically separated conductive rings.
