To maintain a supply state of pressure oil without requiring an operator to hold a rotation angle of operation levers in a state immediately before the transition of the supply state of the pressure oil from a first state that the pressure oil is supplied from only one hydraulic pump to one hydraulic motor to a second state that the pressure oil is supplied from two hydraulic pumps to one hydraulic motor accompanied by the rotation of the operation levers.
A winch operating device includes medium holding mechanisms 7, 9. In the case that the supply mode of the pressure oil of a hydraulic circuit 6 is in a first supply mode, these mechanisms are brought into a holding-effective state in which medium-holding forces for applying resistance to such rotation that deviates the operation levers 12, 16 from a specific holding angle between a first set angle and a second set angle is applied to the operation levers 12, 16 when the rotation angle of the operation levers 12, 16 reaches the holding angle. In the case that the supply mode of the pressure oil of the hydraulic circuit 6 is in a second supply mode, they are brought into a holding-ineffective state that the operation levers 12, 16 are made to pass the rotation position corresponding to the holding angle without applying the medium-holding forces to the operation levers.
