Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a differential-pressure detector, which can obtain the highly reliable detected value of differential pressure all the time without the effect of temperature change.
CONSTITUTION: Liquid separating diaphragms 4 and 5 are provided at both side surfaces of a detector block 44 in this differential-pressure detector. A center diaphragm 43 is provided in an inner chamber formed at the bonding surface of the block. The central part of the center diaphragm 43 is made to protrude in the spherical shape on the high-pressure side or on the low- pressure side. The peripheral part of the central part is folded into the protruding side in this configuration.
