Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind farm control method capable of reducing the power storage capacity of a power storage system of an output-constant-control-type wind power station, and also capable of reducing its installation cost.SOLUTION: Thresholds SOCUT, SOCLT constituting a planned power generation value change criterion are set in the inside of an upper-limit value SOCUL and a lower-limit value SOCLL at which charging and discharging of a power storage system are stopped. When a state of charge (SOC) of the power storage system drops below the lower-side threshold SOCLT, a controller predicts, on the basis of a change rate of the SOC, that the SOC reaches the lower-side value SOCLL at a t0+ΔT time of day t1. Then, the controller changes a planned power generation value PP at and after the time of day t1. As the output power PW of the wind power station thereby exceeds the planned power generation value PP at and after the time of day t1, the SOC begins to rise and control with a deviation between the planned power generation value PP and the output power PS of the wind farm retained within a permissible range becomes possible.
