A disk-shaped orbital bench C is provided to cover on the upper end of the bomb container E, and a stationary pedestal D is provided to cover on a top surface, and a carriage B in the same shape on the top surface, and a wheel B1 on a bottom surface are provided circumferentially, and a hook handcart 9 is provided screwingly on an outer side surface on an orthogonal line on an axis, and a right circular blower pipe 3 is inserted to fit and attached swingably from the passage hole 11 of the carriage B, and the upper, and lower ends of an S-shaped blower pipe 2 are coupled in sequence to a blower hole. The right circular blower pipe 3, a supporting frame G is provided in a hanging condition between the carriage B and the wind inlet plate. A paired cylinder pistons are provided in parallel on the top surface of the bomb container E and air is supplied from an air supply pipe provided as an adjunct on a lower end part of both cylinders to an air supply tank N of high-pressure air stream control, via pivotally supported double chain sprockets on top side and air is supplied to a secondary bomb container or an air supply pipe 21.
