PURPOSE: To generate a fine wind speed in stable manner by slowly raising or lowering the liquid level of an air stream generating liquid layer formed on the bottom part of an air source chamber and forming an air stream by using the air discharged or sucked into the air source chamber.
CONSTITUTION: As for a wind generating device 41, an air communication port 43 is formed on an upper side surface, and an air source chamber 42 having a liquid communication port 46 is provided on the bottom part, and a wind generating cavity 44 and an intake/exhaust port 45 are installed at the air communication port 43, and a liquid supply/discharge control part 47 is joined to the liquid communication port 46. The liquid supply/discharge control part 47 supplies the original liquid LIN such as water into the chamber 42 by opening a liquid feeding valve 48, and an air flow generating liquid layer 50 is formed. An air stream is generated from the wind generating cavity 44 according to the formation of the layer 50. Then, the liquid in the layer 50 is discharged as the discharged liquid LOUT by opening a liquid discharge valve 51, and air is sucked into the chamber 42 through the intake/exhaust port 45.
