To provide deformation (deflection, in particular) preventive measures for blades caused by centrifugal force, as in a conventional device, both ends of a plurality of blades are connected by a driving cord such as a chain, but deformation of the blades becomes larger because the translational speed of the blades becomes high, the device becomes large, the longer the blade width of the blades is, the larger the load applied on the blades becomes, or rigidity is deteriorated by a size increase; and especially when the translational speed becomes high, centrifugal force around a rotating shaft becomes more dominant than load at a translation part depending on the rotational radius, and further, the centrifugal force becomes much larger as there is a demand for making the rotational radius smaller in order to expand the translation part as much as possible to increase adsorption energy.

The measures for reducing centrifugal force for preventing deformation of the blades comprise dividing the blade, connecting a plurality of the divided blades 3 to make one blade, connecting front and rear blades by a chain at a connecting part position, and making the chain receive the centrifugal force to avoid the blades themselves from bearing the centrifugal force.
