PURPOSE: To stabilize the rotation number of a windmill by allowing forced circulation of an accelerated air stream for acceleration in the same direction as the received air of an acceleration cylinder in a windmill installation section by means of part of the received air of the acceleration cylinder or the outside air and by adjusting the accelerated air quantity of the circulation system.
CONSTITUTION: An annular air blowout port 8 blowing out the air toward a windmill 7 is provided upstream the windmill 7 pinching it, i.e., at a contraction flow section 4 side, and an annular air suction port 9 facing toward the windmill 7 side and accepting the air having passed the windmill 7 is provided downstream the windmill 7, i.e., at an expansion section 6 side to form a windmill installation section 5. 1 in the figure indicates an acceleration cylinder. A forced circulation system of air through the windmill 7 is provided by means of an auxiliary power unit 10 comprised of a blower and its drive motor, etc., and also the control unit 12 of the auxiliary power unit 10 regulating the air circulation quantity in response to the variation of the wind power detected by a detector 11 is provided, thus stabilizing the acceleration and wind speed and enabling to obtain the high density energy.
