Abstract:
To provide a method of controlling output according to airflow, related to generation of electric power and other energy.
Conventionally, (1) a variable pitch method, (2) method, (3) deflecting type (4) resistant blade method, and (4) coning method are available for a controlling means for the output of a windmill. A spoiler (hereinafter 'spoiler ') wherein a large number of small holes are bored is attached to a streamline (symmetrical blade type) blade portion positioned in a windward side of the windmill and having small air resistance (hereinafter 'windmill front blade'). The output of the windmill is controlled by controlling wind energy (hereinafter, 'wind power') entering a windmill portion with an opening angle of the spoiler.
