Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enable the stable supply of an electric power to a load by controlling the increase and decrease in the load based on the quantity of the load responsive to the pneumatic power, thereby effectively utilizing the energy of the wind power. CONSTITUTION:The voltage generated by a generator 1 driven by a windmill 1 is controlled to the constant value by an automatic voltage regulator 3. A multiplier 7 obtains a value proportional to the cube of a wind velocity signal detected by a detector 6. A load quantity arithmetic circuit 8 controls the converter 4 of a load 5 by calculating the load quantity capable of operating with the output of the multiplier 7. In this manner, the electric power can be stably supplied to the load.
