Abstract:
To provide a wind powered generating device capable of generating power even in a windless state.
This wind power generating device comprises a traveling rail 5 installed on the ground, a donut-shaped disk 1 rotating on the rail 5, power generating towers 2 mounted to the disk 1, and a water wheel rotating blade mounted to a lower part of the disk 1. The disk 1 is rotated by the water wheel rotating blade, and the wind power generating device installed on the disk 1 starts to generate power.
