When a pitch-angle control part (pitch-angle control means) 20 drives a pitch angle of a blade to a feather side in the case of hard acceleration of rotation speed of a wind-turbine rotor 11, the control part (control means) 21 is controlled so as to gradually or continuously change drive speed of the blade from high speed to low speed.
