Title:
WIND POWER-GENERATING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3240742
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To teeter and lock a vane at a strong wind to minimize the elevation of the vane.
CONSTITUTION: A nacelle 2 is supported by the upper end part of a tower in such a manner as to be horizontally rotatable. A rotating shaft 4 rotatably supported in the nacelle 2 is protruded from the nacelle 2. A teeter hub 5 is mounted on the top end of the protruded rotating shaft 4 through a teeter pin 6 in such a manner as to be capable of longitudinally tilting. Each base part of a pair of vanes 7a, 7b is rotatably mounted on the teeter hub 5, so that the pitch angle change of the vanes 7a, 7b and the pitch angle change interlocking to teetering can be performed. The nacelle 2 has teeter locking push bars 22, 23 on both lateral side parts in such a manner as to be capable of protruding and recessing, and the teeter hub 5 is pushed by the teeter pushing bars 22, 23 at a strong wind to teeter and lock the teeter hub 5.
