An inlet for wind is widely formed, while a blade portion 2 of a fan of a generator 3 is formed to be narrow, for intensifying blowing wind force. The fan blade 2 is thus rotated for power generation. A wind power generation device may be arranged on a front grille of an electric vehicle preferably. In other cases, it may be arranged on a rear trunk, a roof, or in a space of a car. When difficulty occurs, the generator 3 can be arranged transversely. The wind power generation device can be mounted on a completely finished electric vehicle.
