To provide a wind power generation device in which it is easy to visually recognize light emitted from an illuminant from any direction and it is easy to present decoration property by light.
The wind power generation device is provided with a rotary body 1 rotating with receiving wind and a generator 2 converting rotation of the rotary body 1 to electric energy, and the rotary body 1 consists of a rotary shaft part 1A and a plurality of blades 1B radially extending from the rotary shaft part 1A. The plurality of illuminants 10 are attached on a front surface of the blade 1B. Then, a substantially ring shaped transparent resin member 20 surrounding light emitting parts 10a of the illuminants 10 is attached as a scattering means scattering light emitted from the illuminant 10.
