To provide an inexpensive structure excellent in installability and capable of efficiently generating electric power in a small independent power source device provided with wind power generation and photovoltaic power generation.
The device includes a mounting part 11 having means suspending a vertical windmill of a wind power generation device 101 in a cantilever style, connecting a photovoltaic power generation device to an upper part of the wind power generation device 101, connecting an arm 10 keeping a distance from an installation surface to a side part of the wind power generation device, and connecting the arm and fixing the same on a vertical installation surface. Since the wind power/photovoltaic power generation device has a structure capable of being mounted on a wall surface of a residence, a hand-rail of verandah, or a pre-installed column, the device can be easily installed without installation cost. Little water invades from a part near a rotary shaft since the vertical windmill is suspended in the cantilever style with setting the rotary shaft downward, and shadow of the windmill is not cast over the photovoltaic power generation device and electric power can be efficiently generated since the photovoltaic power generation device is installed above the windmill.
