Abstract:
A wind turbine power generation facility (1) includes a rotor (3) including a wind turbine blade (2), a nacelle (12) for rotatably supporting the rotor (3), a yaw driving part (20) for slewing the nacelle (12), a pitch driving part (22) configured to change a pitch angle of the wind turbine blade (2), and a controller (100) configured to provide the pitch driving part with a pitch-angle command value to control the pitch driving part. The controller (100) includes: a demand-value calculation part (122) configured to calculate a pitch-angle demand value on the basis of a rotation speed of the rotor; a limit-value setting part (124) for setting a pitch angle between a full fine pitch angle and a full feather pitch angle as a limit value, if the wind-direction difference is not less than a threshold value A 1 ; and a command-value calculation part (126) configured to set the limit value as the pitch-angle command value if the pitch-angle demand value is a value closer to the full fine pitch angle than the limit value is, and to set the pitch-angle demand value as the pitch-angle command value if the pitch-angle demand value is a value equal to the limit value or closer to the full feather pitch angle than the limit value is.
