Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind power generating system excellent in durability and maintenance and repair performance without excessively increasing the weight of a nacelle and to provide a wind power generating system maintenance method low in cost and high in reliability.SOLUTION: Provided is a wind power generating system installed on the ground or on the ocean, and including: a tower serving as a support pillar of a generator; a nacelle provided on the tower and including therein the generator; and a rotor provided on one end of the nacelle and including a hub and blades that receive wind and convert the wind to rotational energy, a winch being provided within the nacelle for conveying replacement components of the generator between the ground or the ocean and the nacelle.
