Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind power generation system capable of increasing output capacity while suppressing voltage rise in each unit in the case of connecting a plurality of wind power generators in series.SOLUTION: A wind power generation system comprises: two sets of wind power generation unit groups U1, U2 composed of a plurality of wind power generation units 11 to 1n having a wind turbine 111 for generating rotation energy according to wind force, a wind power generator 121 for generating AC power according to the rotation energy generated in the wind turbine, and a converter 131 for converting the AC power generated in the wind power generator to DC power; two sets of conversion units 20a, 20b which are provided for the wind power generation unit groups respectively and include inverters for receiving the serial sum of DC power output by respective converters of the plurality of wind power generation units to convert the sum to AC power; and a synchronous phase modifier 50 which is positioned between the two sets of conversion units and shared by the two sets of conversion units.
