To provide a wind velocity measuring device easy in installation and capable of measuring an instantaneous wind velocity, and a wind power generation system capable of supplying electric power to the outside.
The wind power generator comprises a wind force transmission mechanism 1 having a vertical shaft turbine, and a plurality of vertical plates in each of which its one end is pivotally supported on a center shaft of the vertical shaft turbine at an upper part and a lower part of the turbine, or a plurality of vertical grooves arranged on a shaft pole fixed on the center shaft of the vertical shaft turbine; and a power generating mechanism 2 having a piezoelectric element member whose one end is fixed to a circumference where a center axis is common with the vertical shaft turbine and being vertically overhung on the inside of the circumference and generating power by bending, and a force-receiving plate mounted on the other end where the piezoelectric element member is not fixed and vibrating by periodically pushing so as not to be dislocated from the vertical plate or the vertical groove and generating power by transmitting the vibration to the piezoelectric element member.
