To provide a wind power generator superior in performance of protecting a wind power generation means against quake due to strong wind and against flying foreign matters and easier to install and assemble at a construction site while achieving lower device cost.

The wind power generator includes: a three-dimensional frame body 121 using a plurality of vertical supporting column parts 122 for protection against collision with foreign matters and lower frame parts 131 and upper frame parts 132 for connecting the plurality of vertical supporting column parts 122 together at their lower end sides and at their upper end sides, respectively, to form a storage space 130 in which natural wind distributes; the wind power generation means 111 having, in the storage space 130 of the frame body 121, a vertical axis type wind turbine part 112 which is vertically arranged in an axial center vertically fixing and supporting structure and a power generation part 1 which generates power with the rotating force of the wind turbine part 112; and connection mechanism parts 141 to be fixed and connected to other members provided at the lower and upper ends of the plurality of vertical supporting column parts 122 constituting the frame body 121. The frame body or bodies 121 storing the wind power generation means 111 can be arranged on an installation plane at a single stage or at two or more stages in the state of being stacked in a tower shape.
