PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind power lottery machine, with which the stream of air inside a container can be made free under an air blowing means, to be controlled and driven at a constant speed and floating/scattering of light-weight lot pieces can be secured by suppressing sticking/depositing of the relevant lot pieces to an opening on the side of a discharging port.
SOLUTION: This machine is provided with a lid body 2, having internal transparency partially at least and having a discharging port 2-1, a hollow container having a lot piece take-out port for a player to insert his/her hand together with air holes 3-31 on a ceiling part 3-3 communicating to an opening on an air inflow side and the discharging port, an air blowing means 4 for stirring air inside the hollow container and a large number of light lots 5 housed in the hollow container and the air blowing means is an axial-flow fan located on the prescribed opening, and is provided with a shielding member, which moves freely automatically or under the control of a lot piece detecting sensor signal, provided close to the air holes on the ceiling part along with the surface of an opening forming part, for freely fully opening/shielding the opening area of the discharging port of air holes proximate to the discharging port of the lid body or to the air holes on the ceiling part of the hollow container which communicates to the discharging port.
