In a wind-tunnel type windmill power generator laid on a roof of a traveling body 1, a windmill 4 is rotated by wind flowing in from an opening 13 provided on a front portion of a wind-tunnel 3 when the traveling body 1 runs at full speed, and speed increase gear and a generator are rotated by the rotation force of the windmill 4 through a plurality of bevel gears and rotating shafts. Generated electricity is charged to plural storage batteries, and a motor is rotated by the electricity charged in the storage batteries, and the traveling body 1 is run by driving force of the motor.
